Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to hygiene concerns, all of our items are Final Sale. If your items arrive damaged we will gladly replace them or issue a refund. Check your item and notify us within 14 days of delivery if you notice any defects.

Please use the Contact Us form or you can email us at info@spriteshollow.com. We’ll send you instructions within 24 hours. Once we process your request we will send your replacement within 7 business days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange sale items.

For International Customers:

If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us within 14 days for your replacement. International customers will be responsible for shipping and any customs duties associated with the replacement item.

Damages and Defects:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
