Return Policy
Our items are all made to order and therefore they are all final sale. We do not accept returns, however, if your items arrives damaged we will gladly replace it.
Please use the Contact Us form or you can contact us at info@spriteshollow.com. We’ll send you instructions within 24 hours. Once we process your request we will send your replacement within 7 business days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any question at info@spriteshollow.com.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For the UK and EU:
We only ship to the UK and EU through Etsy, and therefore will only accept return requests from the UK and EU on the Etsy website messaging system.
